Where do I find my order number? It’s at the top of your order confirmation email — a short number like 3087. You can type it with or without the #.
Which email do I use? The same one you entered at checkout — that’s the one your order is filed under.
Nothing showing yet? Tracking appears once your order leaves our lab, usually the same or next business day after it’s paid and processed.
Made an account when you ordered? Everything lives in your order history.
