GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE AGREEMENT

These Terms and Conditions are an agreement between you and PranaCore Life Inc., a corporation that owns and operates the Hello Stacks store at hellostacks.com (“PranaCore Life Inc.”, “Hello Stacks”, “we”, “us” or “our”). They govern all users of hellostacks.com and must be agreed to before any purchase can be made.

Hello Stacks is operated by PranaCore Life Inc.

PranaCore Life Inc. is the corporation that operates the Hello Stacks store. Card charges appear on your statement as “Tagadapay” — that is our payment processor’s billing descriptor, not a separate company. All e-Check/ACH payments are made payable to PranaCore Life Inc.

Orders are paid by credit or debit card at checkout. By submitting an order you authorise PranaCore Life Inc., through its payment processor, to charge the payment method you provide for the full order total shown at checkout, including any shipping and tax. Payment is authorised at the moment you submit the order; once it is authorised, the order cannot be changed or corrected, although it may be cancelled before shipment as described under Returns and Refunds below. Where an e-Check or ACH payment is offered and used, that payment is made payable to PranaCore Life Inc., you authorise a single electronic debit from the account you provide on the date of your order, and you agree that the transaction complies with all applicable law; e-Check or ACH payments submitted after 11:00 p.m. Pacific time are applied as of the next business day.

It is recommended that you print a copy of this authorization and maintain it for your records.

Order cancellations must be requested by email before the order ships; once an order has shipped it can no longer be cancelled. This clause mirrors our published Returns and Refunds policy, which governs if there is any inconsistency.
