What this is

A research blend of four peptides — KPV, GHK-Cu, BPC-157, and TB-500 — in one reconstitutable vial. The 80mg on the label is the combined mass across all four.

KLOW is the four-compound version of a formulation family you will also find here as a three-compound blend. The difference between them is one peptide:

  • GLOW 70mg — GHK-Cu + BPC-157 + TB-500.
  • KLOW 80mg — the same three, plus KPV.

KPV is the addition, and it is the reason the blend has a different letter in front of it. It is a tripeptide — lysine-proline-valine — that is the C-terminal fragment of the alpha-MSH hormone. Adding it brings a melanocortin-pathway component into a formulation that is otherwise about copper signalling and tissue repair.

Research profile

Combines a melanocortin-derived tripeptide, a copper-binding tripeptide, and two of the most co-studied tissue-repair peptides; a common pairing in skin- and recovery-focused research.

Four components, four separate research literatures. Here is how each is framed, in the same hedged register we use throughout:

KPV. A tripeptide (lysine-proline-valine), the C-terminal fragment of the alpha-MSH hormone. Studied in inflammation research as a model for melanocortin-pathway signaling, without the pigmentary activity of the full hormone. That last clause is the point of using the fragment rather than the whole molecule.

GHK-Cu. A naturally occurring copper-binding tripeptide, glycyl-L-histidyl-L-lysine, complexed with copper. Studied widely in skin and tissue-repair research as a model for copper-peptide signaling and collagen-related pathways.

BPC-157. A synthetic 15-amino-acid peptide, one of the most-cited in tissue-repair research. Not an approved drug.

TB-500. A synthetic fragment of thymosin beta-4, studied in cell-migration research as a model for actin-binding and angiogenic pathways.

Handling and storage

Lyophilized blend. One reconstitution puts all four peptides into solution together.

Sealed at −20°C, protected from light — the GHK-Cu component makes this blend more light-sensitive than a plain peptide vial, and it is also what gives the powder its colour.

One diluent addition puts all four compounds into solution at a fixed ratio. That is the trade: fewer steps, no ratio control. If your protocol needs the four masses independently, all four are available as single-compound vials.
