What this is

A research blend of three skin and repair peptides — GHK-Cu, BPC-157, and TB-500 — in one reconstitutable vial. The 70mg on the label is the combined mass of all three, not three separate 70mg fills, and the certificate for this lot breaks that mass out compound by compound so you can see exactly what you are working with.

Three peptides, three different reasons the literature keeps putting them in the same paper. GHK-Cu is a copper-binding tripeptide that occurs naturally in plasma. BPC-157 is a synthetic 15-amino-acid sequence derived from a protein found in gastric juice. TB-500 is a synthetic fragment of thymosin beta-4, an actin-regulating peptide found throughout the body. Individually they are three of the most-requested compounds in our catalog. Together they are one of the most common combinations in skin- and recovery-focused research.

Blends exist for a practical reason: one vial, one reconstitution, one storage decision, one lot number to record. If your protocol calls for all three anyway, a co-formulated vial removes two reconstitution steps and two chances to mislabel something at the bench.

Combines a copper-binding tripeptide with two of the most co-studied tissue-repair peptides; a common pairing in skin- and recovery-focused research.

Because this is a blend, the literature behind it is really three literatures. Here is how each component is framed in the published research, in the same hedged register we use everywhere on this site:

GHK-Cu. A naturally occurring copper-binding tripeptide, glycyl-L-histidyl-L-lysine, complexed with copper. Studied widely in skin and tissue-repair research as a model for copper-peptide signaling and collagen-related, wound-healing pathways. It is one of the older peptides in the catalog in research terms — copper-peptide work goes back decades — which means there is an unusually deep body of in-vitro literature to read.

BPC-157. One of the most-cited peptides in tissue-repair research. Studied in preclinical and in-vitro models of angiogenesis and connective-tissue signaling. It is not an approved drug.

TB-500. Synthetic fragment of thymosin beta-4, a 43-amino-acid actin-regulating peptide found throughout the body. Studied in cell-migration and tissue-repair research, frequently alongside BPC-157, as a model for actin-binding and angiogenic pathways.

What the published work does not give you is a validated combined protocol. Research on the three together is far thinner than research on each alone, and we are not going to pretend otherwise. If you are designing around this vial, the honest starting point is the single-compound literature plus your own controls.

Lab testing and this lot's certificate

Every lot we sell is tested by Vanguard Laboratory, an independent A2LA-accredited lab (A2LA certificate #6377.01.01) in Olympia, Washington. We do not run the assay ourselves, and we do not pay for a result — we pay for a test.

Three things get measured, and all three are on the certificate for this lot:

  • Chromatographic purity, by HPLC-UV/VIS, reported as Area%. For a blend this means one clean peak per compound rather than one peak overall.
  • Assay / quantity, in milligrams, which is what tells you whether the vial actually contains what the label says. On this lot the three compounds came back at 51.65mg, 11.50mg and 11.68mg.
  • Endotoxin, by LAL, in EU/mg. This lot: <5.00 EU/mg.

Handling and storage

Lyophilized blend. One reconstitution puts all three peptides into solution together.

Store the sealed vial at −20°C and keep it out of direct light. Reconstitute with bacteriostatic water. This page carries a reconstitution reference that will tell you the resulting concentration for a given volume of diluent — it is a physical-property calculator for the vial, and nothing more.

Questions

How is the 70mg split between the three compounds?

It is not an even three-way split. The certificate for lot VR0304260170 reports GHK-Cu at 51.65mg, BPC-157 at 11.50mg and TB-500 at 11.68mg. GHK-Cu carries most of the mass because it is the largest component by design.

Is the purity figure for the blend or for each compound?

Each compound. HPLC on a blend resolves the components separately, so ≥99.8 Area% describes the peaks individually — not an averaged figure.

Does the certificate cover the exact vial I receive?

It covers the exact lot. Check the lot printed on your vial against the lot on the certificate; if they match, that is your document. If they do not, look the correct one up on the lab tests page or ask support and we will pull it.

What temperature does it ship at, and does that matter?

Lyophilized peptide is stable in transit at ambient temperature — that is the point of freeze-drying it. Storage temperature matters after it arrives: −20°C for the sealed vial.

Can I buy the three compounds separately instead?

Yes. GHK-Cu 50mg, BPC-157 5mg and TB-500 10mg are all in the catalog. Buying separately gives you independent control of each mass; the blend gives you one reconstitution and one lot to track.
