What this is
A research blend pairing CJC-1295 (a growth-hormone-releasing-hormone analog) with ipamorelin (a selective growth-hormone secretagogue), in one vial. 5mg of each.
The two compounds do genuinely different jobs, and that is the entire logic of the pairing:
- CJC-1295 is a GHRH analog. It acts at the growth-hormone-releasing-hormone receptor — the same receptor the hypothalamic hormone uses.
- Ipamorelin is a selective pentapeptide growth-hormone secretagogue acting on the ghrelin (GHS-R) receptor. Different receptor, different pathway, same downstream system.
Two different receptors feeding one axis is why this specific combination shows up so often in growth-hormone research. It is not a stronger version of one compound; it is two distinct inputs.
Note that this blend uses CJC-1295 without DAC. If you want the Drug Affinity Complex version, that is a separate product: CJC-1295 W/DAC, which is bound to a complex that extends its activity in circulation. The two are not interchangeable.

Pairing a GHRH analog with a ghrelin-receptor secretagogue is one of the most-studied combinations in growth-hormone-axis research.
CJC-1295 is used in the literature as a model for GHRH-receptor signalling — the upstream, hypothalamic input into the axis.
Ipamorelin is studied in growth-hormone-axis research as a model for selective GH release with minimal effect on other hormones. The word "selective" is the interesting one: much of the published interest in ipamorelin comes from how narrow its receptor activity is compared with earlier secretagogues, which makes it a cleaner probe.
Research suggests the two-receptor approach is studied precisely because it lets researchers separate the contributions of the two pathways. That is a methodological reason for the pairing, not a claim about combined magnitude.
