What this is

A research blend of BPC-157 and the actin-regulating fragment TB-500, split into one reconstitutable vial. The label reads 5mg + 5mg; the certificate for this lot reports BPC-157 at 5.46mg and TB-500 at 5.53mg, so you are getting slightly over on both.

This is the most-ordered peptide SKU in our catalog, and the reason is boring and practical: these two compounds are studied together more often than either is studied with anything else, so a co-formulated vial removes a step for most of the people buying them.

Research profile

Pairing the gastric-derived 15-mer with the thymosin beta-4 fragment is one of the most co-studied combinations in the tissue-repair literature.

The two components come at the same research area from different directions, which is why they end up in the same papers:

BPC-157 is a synthetic 15-amino-acid peptide based on a partial sequence of a protein found in gastric juice. It is one of the most-cited peptides in tissue-repair research, studied in preclinical and in-vitro models of angiogenesis and connective-tissue signaling.

TB-500 is a synthetic fragment of thymosin beta-4, a 43-amino-acid actin-regulating peptide found throughout the body. It is studied in cell-migration and tissue-repair research as a model for actin-binding and angiogenic pathways.

Actin regulation and angiogenic signalling are adjacent problems — cells that migrate need both a cytoskeleton that can rearrange and a vascular context to migrate into. That adjacency, rather than any claimed synergy, is why the pairing recurs in the literature.

Worth being direct: "most co-studied" describes how often two compounds appear in the same research, not a demonstrated combined effect. Neither compound is an approved drug.

Is the split really even?

On this lot, close to it — 5.46mg BPC-157 and 5.53mg TB-500 against a 5mg + 5mg label. Both slightly over. The certificate reports them separately so you can check rather than assume.

Can I change the ratio between the two compounds?

No. Once they are co-formulated in a single vial, one reconstitution puts both into solution at a fixed ratio. Buy the single-compound vials if you need independent control.

Why is there no CAS number?

CAS registry numbers identify single chemical substances. A blend of two compounds has no single registry number, so we leave the field blank rather than list one of the two and imply it covers the vial.

How does this compare to the 70mg GLOW blend?

The GLOW blend adds GHK-Cu, a copper-binding tripeptide, to the same two peptides and carries more mass overall. This vial is the two-compound version.
